Sean started in Recruitment in 1998, working for some of the biggest recruiters around including BUPA, and Driver Hire. Sean built up a wealth of knowledge and decided to create a company with his wife Karen.
Green Light Recruitment was born in 2012 and has built up an excellent reputation with all the companies it has done business with from SME to some of the largest logistics companies in the UK.
Rising from an insurance background, since working with GLR Karen has taken up the role of Finance, dealing with the banking, HMRC, Accounts, Pensions and Payroll side of the business learning many new skills along the way and having a clear understanding for the business finances.
Paul’s journey with Green Light Recruitment began in 2014, working with Sean on the recruitment operations side of the business, collaborating with clients, handling job placements and growing the business.
By 2016, Paul had transitioned into payroll, finance and compliance, and his core duties now involve managing timesheet processing and securing client approvals, handling invoicing and queries, conducting recruitment and compliance checks, and addressing insurance-related matters and inquiries.
Darren commenced with GLR in 2016, having worked previously for logistics agencies and security staffing. Darren instantly made an impact sourcing drivers for the Logistics side of business and helping grow new clients through building relationships and fulfilling requirements.
Darren's role is at the core of what we do as a business which is to deliver support on operations at a high level, working with a great team of dedicated people all striving for the same successful results. Darren's role can be challenging & frustrating at times, but he enjoys the challenge of meeting our clients' requirements in a timely and professional manner.
Caroline has recently joined the Green Light team, her previous role she committed to 15 years in commercial property, Sales, customer retention and facility management. As Business Development Manager she will be primarily responsible for driving the business growth, and duties vary on a day to day basis including looking after new and existing customers, creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.
